Port forwarding of cargo

Port forwarding is a specific part of forwarding services. It refers to the operations with cargoes that are carried out in the port. At this stage, work is carried out with terminals, agents of sea lines, documents, customs and other authorized bodies that are engaged in control at the port.

Port forwarding requires a fairly wide scope of work.

It includes the following services:

  • provision of an empty container for loading cargoes;
  • transportation on the territory of the port (from warehouse to port);
  • sea transportation (from port to port).

Port forwarding is a process consisting of a sufficiently large number of operations. The logistics company Baltica-Trans Logistics employs high-level professionals, which allows achieving maximum efficiency in the design and maintenance of cargoes.
